Chinese has influence us Filipino to use Chicken feet as meal and I have a here a Chicken feet recipe that you will like surely like, It is known as Chicken Adobo with Banana Catsup. Chicken feet adobo is so palatable, affordable, and easy to prepare. Here is my method when preparing this chicken feet recipe.

Ingredient for Cooking for Chicken Adobo

1 kg chicken feet, wash, remove bumble feet and outer yellowish skin 4-5 minced garlic 1cup of water 1 cup of soy sauce cup of vinegar tbsp ground peppercorn 2 pcs laurel leaves cup banana catsup Vetsin Salt to taste Sugar (optional)

Direction for Cooking Chicken Feet Adobo:

In a casserole, bring to boil 2 cup of water with chicken feet, put fire into low and simmer 10 minute. Add soy sauce, vinegar, ground peppercorn, bay leaf and simmer until chicken feet tenderize. Add banana catsup and continue cooking on small fire until sauce thicken, add salt if needed and season with vetsin. You could always add sugar to add sweetness or Chili to make the recipe hot spicy. Chicken feet adodo is best served as a viand or for appetizer when drinking beer.
